קורס בינלאומי לשפה וספרות יידיש בבית בן-יהודה   13-25.01.2013    דעם ווינטער אין ירושלים!

לאחר הצלחה גדולה של קורסהחורף הקודם – הראשון מסוגו בירושלים –  בית בן יהודה מציע גם השנה קורס בינלאומי ללימודי יידיש. הקורס יתקיים בשלוש רמות – מתחילים, רמה בינונית ומתקדמים, ויכלול 10 ימים של לימודים אינטנסיביים, סדנאות, הרצאות, קונצרטים, סיור מודרך בירושלים ואירועים נוספים. הקורס מתנהל בשיתוף פעולה עם פרופ' יחיאל שיינטוך מהקתדרה ליידיש באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים, ועם מרכז התרבות יונג יידיש.

במהלך הקורס נערוך היכרות קרובה עם שפת יידיש וספרותה בהדרכת מורים מנוסים – מרים טרין, אליעזר ניבורסקי, דניאל בירנבאום וורה סבו, נכיר את הפולקלור של יהודי מזרח אירופה עם המוזיקאי וחוקר הפולקלור אבישי פיש, נשמע הרצאה על ציונות בספרות יידיש מפי המשורר ד"ר ולוול צ'רנין, נצא לסיור מודרך בעקבות סופרי יידיש בירושלים, וכן נתנסה בשירת יידיש בהדרכת הזמרת רות לוין.                                                               

כל כיתת לימוד מוגבלת ל-15 משתתפים.                                                                         למשתתפי הקורס יש אפשרות של  לינה בבית ההארחה של בית בן-יהודה.

"Beit Ben Yehuda" – International Meeting Center in Jerusalem, in cooperation with Prof. Yechiel Sheintuch from the Yiddish Cathedra at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem & "Yung Yiddish" Cultural Center is offering an International Yiddish Language Course. The course comprises ten days of intensive study at three levels – beginners, intermediate and advanced (each class limited to 15 students), as well as workshops, lectures, concerts and other events.

 The Jerusalem Winter Course is taught by experienced teachers Miriam Trinh, Eliezer Niborski, Vera Szabo and Daniel Birnbaum. During the course you will not only gain an understanding of the language but also immerse yourself in Yiddish folklore with the multidisciplinary artist and folklorist Avishai Fisz, meet Prof. Yechiel Sheintuch and the Yiddish poet Dr. Velvl Chernin, who will talk about topics in Yiddish literature, go out to an afternoon trip in the footsteps of Yiddish writers in Jerusalem and sing in Yiddish with Ruth Levin.

 The course will take place at Beit Ben Yehuda in Jerusalem, where accommodation is also provided for participants who wish to stay at the Guesthouse.

Option 2: Course + Accommodation in double bedroom: 665 Euro per person

Option 3: Course + Accommodation in a triple bedroom: 599 Euro per person

Option 4: Course without accommodation: 377 Euro per person
