Maria GESSLER, Soprano from Switserland, has met Pianist David SEREBRYANIK at the STETTIN OPERA on the set of "Madame Butterfly". Since then, they have together performed a large array of repertoires, ranging from Schumann to Kurt Weil.

Mendy CAHAN has met David SEREBRYANIK at YUNG YiDiSH Tel Aviv and since then they have performed a large array of Yiddish songs both in Israel and abroad.

Now that all three of us are in Israel,,, we invite you to our YIDDISH CONCERT
with some Kurt Weil, Brecht and some.

On Thursday, Maria will sing rare Yiddish songs, Mendy will sing some known Yiddish ones, David will accompany us on the piano, and public and friends are invited to join with a drink in this one-time celebrartion
while special guest Evelina VORONTSOVA, Russian Pianist living in Amsterdam, might join with some Rachmaninow or Petersen…
