פולינה בלילובסקי – זמרת פולקלור, ילידת רוסיה (בריה"מ לשעבר) ובוגרת החוג למוסיקה של האוניברסיטה במוסקבה, התעניינה בפולקלור עוד מילדותה. פולינה מאמינה שהפולקלור היידי הוא יותר מ"טומבללייקה" ו"יידישע מאמע"; "כמו כל פולקלור מוזיקלי", אומרת פולינה, "הפולקלור היידי הוא אוקיאנוס ששומר בתוכו אוצרות רבים, אני רואה את שליחותי בהוצאתם והבאתם לעולם הרחב" .לפולינה רפרטואר עשיר של שירים עממיים איתו היא מופיעה על במות שונות ופסטיבלים ברחבי העולם
Polina Belilovsky – folklore singer, born in Russia and graduated form the music department of the Moscow University, had been interested in folklore since childhood. Polina believes that the Yiddish folklore is more than “Tumbalalaika” and “Yiddishe Mama”; “like any other folklore”, says Polina, “the Yiddish folklore is an ocean with many treasures in it, I see it as my mission do discover these treasures and open them to the world”. Polina has a broad repertoire of many folk songs which she performs on stages around the world

Polina tells about the influence Edith Piaf had on her a singer – “I inherited from her the ability to “live” the song, her temperament and the sincere expression of emotions. There is also a physical similarity between me and her, which got me the nickname “The Yiddish Piaf”
